Mental Health Awareness Week
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and the focus this year is Kindness, to reflect the current circumstances of Covid-19. We have attached some ideas that have been put together by the Mental Health Foundation based on Kindness for you to share with Parents, Carers and Adults. We will also be sharing resources all week based on the subject of Kindness. Today focuses on awareness and ideas for Adults and Families.
