The Internet is an essential element in 21st century life for education, business and social interaction. We as a school have a duty to provide students with quality Internet access as part of their learning experience. Internet use is a part of the statutory curriculum and a necessary tool for staff and students. 

 

In order to keep young people safe, it is fundamental that the use of ICT both in and outside of the school community is used correctly in order to protect young people from harm. 

Our key e-safety message as a school is for pupils to stop, look and think:

Is it kind?

Is it necessary?

Would granny want to see it?

If the answer is no to any of these questions then you quite simply shouldn't be doing it!
