The skills challenge certificate is a mandatory qualification that all students will study during Year 9, 10 and 11.
During the course students will develop essential skills that they will need for further education and the world of work.
Students will complete the following four challenges:

The Enterprise and Employability challenge where students will work as a team to create a new product or service and pitch it to an audience.

The Community challenge will give students the opportunity to support and raise awareness of a charity.

The Global Citizenship challenge enables students to look at the world around them and complete work based on a current global event.

The Individual Project is a chance for students to write an essay on any topic of their choosing.
There is no exam for the Skills Challenge Certificate. Students will be graded based on the work they complete in class.
