The Welsh department at Mary Immaculate offers a varied, challenging and inspiring curriculum available to all learners.  Lessons are differentiated and inclusive of all students and designed to ensure that all students are able to reach their full potential in this subject. 
 

Students are provided with a wide range of linguistic skills and are taught using a variety of innovative and creative techniques. It is important to create an enthusiastic learning environment where students are able to enhance their knowledge in all skill areas and enjoy learning the Welsh language.

 

Both KS3 and KS4 students will have 4 periods of Welsh a fortnight and will study a variety of topics in each year.
